Privacy Policy
The short version
- We collect only what we need to run our apps and help you.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- Our website has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
- You can ask us to show you, export or delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are
Mizora ("Mizora", "we", "us") makes the apps Zelzah, ClipWell, LifeStreams and Tankology, and runs the website mizoramedia.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Our apps are currently in early access, and we'll update this policy as they grow.
2. What we collect
When you visit our website
- No accounts, ads, analytics or tracking cookies. Our website doesn't ask you for personal information.
- Technical data handled by our hosting provider. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts and code libraries. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a small code library from cdnjs. Your browser connects to those services to download these files, which shares your IP address with them.
When you contact us
If you email us or join early access, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write to us. We use it only to reply, provide support or send the early access updates you asked for.
When you use our apps
- Account information, such as your email address, if you create an account.
- Content you create or add, such as documents, videos, habits or tank details, so the app can do its job. See the app-by-app details below.
- Device and diagnostic information, such as app version, device type, operating system and crash reports, so we can fix problems and keep the apps reliable.
- Permissions you choose to grant, such as camera, microphone, photos or notifications. We only use them for the feature you're using, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

Mood entries in LifeStreams and notes in any app can be personal. We treat them as private and never use them for advertising.
4. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and sync the features you use
- To respond to your messages and give support
- To keep our apps and website secure and prevent misuse
- To understand and fix crashes and bugs, and to improve our apps
- To send service messages and, only if you ask for them, news and early access updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it to show you ads, and we do not use your private content to train AI models without your permission.
5. When we share information
We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers that help us run our apps and website, such as hosting, cloud storage, email, AI processing and crash reporting. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- App stores, such as Google Play, which process downloads and any purchases under their own privacy policies.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or Mizora.
- Business changes, if Mizora is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Your information would stay protected by this policy.
- With your permission, for example when you choose to share a video or export your data.
6. Security
We protect information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will let you know if a breach affects you, as required by law.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your information while you use our apps or for as long as we need it to provide them. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except for anything we must keep for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Email conversations with us are kept as long as needed to help you.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access and export: ask for a copy of your data.
- Correct: fix information that is wrong.
- Delete: ask us to delete your account and data.
- Permissions: turn camera, microphone, photos and notification access on or off in your device settings.
- Emails: unsubscribe from news at any time.
Depending on where you live, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to a data protection authority. We honor these rights. Email hello@mizoramedia.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
9. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and data at any time:
- Use the Delete account option in the app's settings, where available, or
- Email hello@mizoramedia.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on your account, and tell us which app or apps.
We'll confirm your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records by law.
10. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
11. International users
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. When we transfer information, we take steps to keep it protected as described in this policy.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps grow. We'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the apps or by email before they take effect.
