Terms of Use

Effective October 5, 2026 · Applies to mizoramedia.com and the Zelzah, ClipWell, LifeStreams and Tankology apps

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Mizora ("Mizora", "we", "us") for using mizoramedia.com and our apps Zelzah, ClipWell, LifeStreams and Tankology (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. Early access

Our apps are new and in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and things may occasionally break. We'll do our best to keep your data safe, but please keep your own copies of anything important. Pricing has not been set yet. We will never charge you without telling you the price first and getting your agreement.

3. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, or the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

5. Your content

You own what you create and add to our apps, such as documents, videos, habits and tank logs. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the Services for you, for example to sync it, export it or generate results you ask for. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

6. Using the Services kindly

Please don't:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights
• upload harmful, hateful or harassing content, malware or spam
• try to hack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the Services
• use the Services to create content that deceives or harms others

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. AI features and advice

Some features, such as Zelzah's assistant and ClipWell's captions and voiceovers, use artificial intelligence. AI results can be inaccurate or incomplete, so please review them before you rely on them. LifeStreams is not medical or mental health advice, and Tankology is not veterinary advice. For health concerns about yourself or your animals, talk to a qualified professional.

8. Our intellectual property

The Services, including the names Mizora, Zelzah, ClipWell, LifeStreams and Tankology, our logos, Kiko the koi, designs and software, belong to Mizora. These terms don't give you any rights to use them, except to use the Services as intended.

9. App stores and other services

If you download our apps from an app store such as Google Play, that store's terms also apply to your download and any purchases. Links to other websites or services are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we don't promise that they will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Mizora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Ending use

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering a Service. If we end a Service, we'll try to give you notice and a chance to export your content.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the apps or by email. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Mizora is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the place you live gives you protections that can't be changed by agreement.
